I am an educator with over 25 years of experience in various facets of post-secondary education. I've gained additional experience in the private/non-profit sector and as an entrepreneur. I have been educated in and have taught and trained in 'traditional' and non-traditional environments and am concerned about learner AND teacher success. In teaching and learning, I've learned that that 'one size does not fit all'! Along with that, I strongly believe that having a committed team to rely upon is crucial to success.
