Applied learning, indigenization, and digital pedagogy are the three main axis which I'm trying to bring to life in the classrooms I'm part of.

I wonder how classes can facilitate more creativity. I wish I know how to facilitate learning activities that encouraged failure positive attitudes. I hope to help build learning spaces where thoughtful risk taking becomes naturalised.

My vision for my little corner of Camosun College is to incorporate a unique element of digital learning and digital practice into every major assignment of each political science course we teach. Each assignment would bring to light some new element, paradigm, and practice. Together, they would scaffold and reinforce each other. This vision is in its infancy.
