I’m in my 3rd year of my PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the University of Calgary. I have been working with the Individual and Team Performance Lab (ITP) for the past six years, and have conducted research on team dynamics, conflict, decision-making, peer feedback, and team learning. Additionally, I have co-designed and administered workshops to over 3,000 undergraduate students, and conducted numerous half-day training workshops on how to improve student-learning teams.
